Kristin,

View>Toolbars>Drawing. When the Drawing toolbar opens,
click the Draw button then click grid. Check snap to grid
and then set the spacing. .03 is the minimum spacing that
you can set.

Alternatively you can hold down the ALT key while dragging
the tabs. This removes the default grid and snap to grid
so you can precisely control the setting.
