Specs: Outlook 2003 SP3, Windows Vista 64-bit Ultimate [both fully patched]
Problem: I have a nunch of rules. They work but not always. I have one that
checks for a specific text phrase in the message header. If found it will
forward a copy of the message as an attachment and then delete the message
[not permanently]. The address is valid. But when a message comes in with the
specific text, it seems to be ignored. If I manually run the rules on where
the "offending" message, it does actually do what its suppost to do. It's
almost like Outlook is ignoring the rul or thinks it doesn't apply.
