Hey Guys and Gals,
Is there a way to filter, using Rules and Alerts, by display name
attributes?
Our companywide email addresses show up with the display name of Stupid
User (NY) with the email address of (e-mail address removed) and Funny
User (VA) with the email address of (e-mail address removed).
Theres nothing in the sender address that defines the different
locations, but the Display name does.
I want to create two folders in Outlook, NY Correspondence and VA
Correspondence, and would like to set a rule that would throw incoming
emails into those folders.
Is that possible?
