Outlook 2003 SP3 all MS updates
Exchange 2003 SP2 all MS updates
I'm receiving this message when attempting to update some Rules and Alerts:
"One or more rules could not be uploaded to Exchange server and have been
deactivated. This could be because some of the parameters are not supported
or there is insufficient space to store all of your rules."
The MS website indicates that OL2003/Exchange 2003 only has 32K of space and
that my 'only' solution, if I understand it, is to move to Exchange 2007. I
presume that if I move to Exchange 2007 I also need to move to OL2007.
1) Is there anyway around the 32K limitation with OL2003/Exchange2003 or
another solution (other than redoing about 50-100 rules)?
2) If I go to Exchange 2007 am I required to go with OL2003?
3) If I go to Outlook 2007 am I required to go with Exchange 2007? (reverse
of above question).
TIA for the suggestions. We eventually will be going to OL2007/Exchange
2007 but probably not for 6+ months.
