Rules and Alerts not working

I have several rules and alerts that have been working fine, until I
installed SP3 of Office. Now when I click on Tools/Rules and Alerts, it just
flashes by and won't let me do anything with them.

Anyone seen this before?

Dang...

There have been several problems with this patch...you might try posting to
an Outlook group, also, to see if anyone there has any ideas. I haven't seen
that one yet, but it's still a pretty fresh patch.
