Rules and catagories

I am trying to set up Rules with my categories.
I have emails coming in that I have assigned to move to a folder. But once they are in the folder, they aren't color coded from the category I assigned them. Is there a way to do that? These aren't people from my address book either. But I want them to be color coded in that folder.

Make sure that the "Then" part of the rule includes a "Set category" action
that sets the correct category.
