Hi,
I have Outlook 2003, and I currently have a rule that forwards all of my
incoming mail to a backup account. The logic for the rule is this:
apply this rule after the message arrives
forward it to xxx.gmail.com
Unfortunately, the rule works very inconsistently. It will work properly for
the first email in a thread (lets say I receive an email with subject
"Outlook") but will not work correctly on replies to the same message (if a
receive a second email with the subject "Re: Outlook"). I have tried running
the rule manually on my inbox, and it still does not work.
I have an IMAP account, and several other rules to help manage it, all of
which work correctly. For example, I have a rule which moves emails from my
IMAP Inbox to my Personal Folders Inbox. This works perfectly fine. Any ideas
as to why the auto-forwarding rule may not be working?
Thanks,
