I have set up Entourage 2004 to recieve and redirect several email
addresses off the same domain.
i.e.
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
Currently when a message comes in addressed to test1 it is redirected
to another pop mail account
and when a message addressed to test 2 comes in is redirected to
different pop mail account etc.
I have done this with rules such as
If Any recipient is .....
Then redirect to .....
However a problem arises when test2 is cc in a message to test1 as
Entourage recieves 2 separate messages (quite rightly as one is to
test1 and the other the cc to test2) but the rule sees two lots of
test1 and test2 reciepients and redirects two copies of the email to
each pop mail account, if test3 was also cc then three messages are
redirected.
Is there a way to only redirect one message to each account using
rules??
Hope this is clear
