Rules depending on domain name

Is it possible to make a rule for incoming messages sent to
(e-mail address removed) where? anything can really be anything (I have 20 email
aliases for 1 email).

You can look for text in the mail item's header, that text being the domain
name

Either "with specific words in the sender's address" or "with specific words
in the messaeg header" should work, with "mydomain" or "mydomain.com" being
the specific words.
