I am using Outlook 2002 on a Windows XP machine. I have
four simple Rules which bounce e-mails to one of four
folders based on header text (placed there by PopFile).
The rules wizard seems to auto-process these rules about
75% of the time; the rest of the e-mail drops into the
inbox unfiltered. The rules themselves are fine --
forcing the rules to "run now" by going through the Rules
Wizard window is always successful.
This seems to primarily occur on startup (outlook opens,
immediately does a send/receive, and fails to process all
of the e-mail that comes in). I have not noticed it
happening on subsequent send/receives.
Thanks for any insight...!
