Rules Don't Move to Emails

I set up about a dozen rules to sort and move my incomming email to varies
different foilders upon arrival. The rules work if I got to the Rules wiazrd
and run them manually. But they do not work if "automatically" when the mail
arrives. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
