Rules for forwarding attachments to .pst

I am trying to create a rule that forwards messages with large attachments to
a .pst and them send the same message to my inbox without an attachment. This
will keep my inbox size low and will allow me to manage my email by marking
it as read or unread.

I have figured out how to do the forwarding according to file size but have
not found a way to automatically get a copy back without the attachment. Any
thoughts?
