Rules - how to color inbox text?

How do you set up Rules in Outlook 2003 to assign different colors to the
Subject line of e-mail. For example, if I'm the only person the "To" line I'd
like it to appear in my Inbox as Red. if I'm "cced" I'd like it to appear in
blue. Any help would be apprecated.

That is automatic formatting in views. You can use the organize button
(tools menu) or customize views.
