Rules in error help - 5th request

5th request - I get a rules in error message that turns off one of my rules
and reports that I do not have sufficient permission for some particular
email file I am receiving to my inbox. Since no one here seems to be able to
address this issue for some reason, can anyone suggest another source?

Schafer,

You can't expect any help if your question does not make any sense. You
say "rules in error" - what exactly does this mean? Do you mean to say
Errors in Rules?

Could you also tell us what your rule is i.e. what filter you have
implemented. It looks like you are trying to filter an email to a
folder which does not exist or that the folder belongs to some other
user on the same PC.
