Rules In Error message

I have a user that is receiving a Rules in Error message
box whenever she logs on. The message is
Rule: Server-Requested Client Action
Error: MoveCopy, Unable to create dest msg.

I have deleted her rules, removed her profile from the pc,
and tried other rules, but the message still comes up. I
would appreciate any help that can be given.
