Rules in Error popup window

Hello all,
I have recently started getting this pop-up error in Outlook 2003 when the
rules automatically run.
"Rules in Error
The folder you are trying to move or copy the message can't be found. Make
sure the rule refers to a valid folder."
The rules themselves can be run manually without any problems.
I have read thru most of the posts and tried pretty all of the solutions,
but the pop up window still is coming up. Does anyone have any suggestions on
how to fix this issue? Could this on the server?
