Rules in Outlook and Exchange Server

have a SBS running Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2000. On one client's computer
Outlook is showing 2 rules when he tries to add another rule the system
comes back and says there is no room on the server, to disable some rules
and try again. It also says that the rules on the server do not match the
client. It does not matter which set to keep, they never match and I can not
ever add any rules.

Any thoughts?
