Rules Issue

I've got rules setup for my Outlook 2003 SP2 connected to our corporate
exchange server.

At one point the rules were working just fine, but after I got my new
computer from a pc refresh, my rules dont run automatically now.

I've got my emails downloaded into my .pst which obviously rules are set in
the local Outlook instead of the server - I've also recreated all of my rules
but still did not run automatically - had to do a manual "Run" before it can
operate.

Also tried to put my delivery location back to the Exchange
mailbox but that didnt work either.

I've got one Rule left and seems the auto function to run rules
automatically doesnt work. Can anybody help or make any suggestions please?

Do your rules end with "stop processiong more rules" so that only one rule
will work on a particular message (the first one in the list where the
message matches the criteria)? What is the rule text for your first rule
(don't include any personal information like an actual e-mail address)?

Actually all rules has "stop processing more rules" at the end.

It just moves messages to the junk mail folder based on words in the subject.

Is it possible this has something to do with how we're setup on the Exchange
server? This happened before when we changed servers as I recall. Then it
mysteriously started working again even though I didn't change anything.

Any clues?

I really don't know, as I am not an Exchange-oriented person. Do you have
any server-side rules set up in Outlook at all, or are they all client-side?
