Rules-marking moved messages as read

I used rules to filter messages into separate folders for different people,
but I want to keep one copy showing in the Inbox. When messages are copied
they appear as unread. If I mark them to be unread in the rule, they become
unread in my Inbox. Can I mark messages as read in the specific folders I
moved them to without the original message becoming marked unread too?
