Rules Message Error and Outlook Shutdown

Everytime I try to make a rule to place incoming emails into separate
folders I get a error message and Outlook XP 2000 shuts down. I can use the
Move message feature find buit the automated rule function causes Outlook to
fail and need a reboot.

I have all the Office/Outlook and Windows Professional XP upgrades and
service packs installed

I spoke to soon. The problem presists. Whenever I try to make a rule and run
Outlook fails and restarts.

I should mention that I can MOVE email message into folers wiithiout any
problems.
