Rules not working automatically

Hi,

need some help - got a new computer with Outlook 2007 on Vista. i set up
some rules that are just not working automatically, as i have them set up.

1) i have directed all emails from a paricular sender to go into a specific
folder but it seems to be working hit or miss. on my old outlook 2003 i never
had a problem. and i set this rule up new, i did not import it

2) i have set up specific emails to get an auto category color as they come
in, this is not happening either. it will happen if a set a new one up & tell
it to mark all archive emails in that inbox.

anyone know why this doesnt work?

Try adding the Stop processing more rules action to the rule.

Did you either a) remove the default 'remove all categories' rule or b) add
'stop processing more rules' to your rule assigning categories?

What's the text of the rule?
