Due to the large amounts of spam. I have been encouraging my clients to use
the Junk E-mail option in Outlook 2000. It has been working great, untill a
couple of months ago. Now some of my clients are having legitament messages
being filltered to either deleted items folder or junk e-mail folder, and
sometimes coppies to both. I have tried to empliment rules, to have these
messages to be sent to the inbox, but they are still going to the junk
e-mail folder or deleted items. The only way that I have found to keep this
from happening is to turn off the rules and filter settings. Is there any
way to keep this from happening without turning off the filter settings?
