I am using Outlook 2003 and have numerous rules set up to handle incoming and
outgoing e-mail. Some of the rules have stopped processing completely. I
have edited all rules to make sure all "file to" folders are linked properly,
but that did not help, so I deleted the rules and set them up new, but they
are still not working. Our systems administrator recently turned off
cacheing on Outlook, could that be the problem?
