Hi,
I subscribed to the Tomcat mailing list using GMail. Everything I get from
this list is then forwarded to my work account. Now I'm trying to get these
messages to be moved to a 'Mailinglists' directory in Outlook. And obviously,
I have some problems with it.
The mails i receive in my Outlook 2002 inbox are addressed to to 'Tomcat
Users List', with e-mail address '(e-mail address removed)' (I'm not going to
give that e-mail address away in fear of the e-mail harvesting bots).
The rule (which not works by the way) is:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
with (e-mail address removed) in the body
move it to the Mailinglist folder
Another rule I tried is:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
sent to (e-mail address removed)
and with (e-mail address removed) in the body
move it to the Mailinglist folder
This rule might work, if 'and' could be changed to 'or', like:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
sent to (e-mail address removed)
or with (e-mail address removed) in the body
move it to the Mailinglist folder
But I see no option to change and to or.
The rule:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
sent to (e-mail address removed)
move it to the Mailinglist folder
does not work for me. I checked it.
Anyone know what I need to do to move the mailinglist mails to the
Mailinglist folder?
Abel
