Good Day,
We are running Outlook 2003 SP2. Our Exchange server is 2003 SP1. A few
weeks ago we installed or upgraded to a newer version of Antivirus product
which also includes Spam protection for our Exchange Server. The product
works but there are some issues that I am trying to work out. Once such
issue is a conflict between the Spam Folder that the program creates and the
Junk E-Mail folder that Outlook creates. What seems to be happening is that
the Junk Mail folder takes email out of the Spam folder. On it's own I
don't see a issues, and nether do the vendor who created the program.
To be on the safe side, I would like to know if there is a way to tell the
Junk Mail folder not to look into the Spam Folder for mail? This way I can
avoid the conflict and yet keep both up and running.
Thanks
Adam Raff
