Rules: Redirect

Hi there

I can't seem to find anything on this anywhere but here is my problem:

My wife has a BB on a BIS and I am trying to use a redirect rule t
allow her to pick up her work emails on her BB when she is out to lunc
etc.

I have followed all the usual steps but new messages never seem to b
sent on with no error messages displayed.

I have tried the same method on my work email/outlook to her 3rd part
address and it works like a charm.

I can't install BBDM on her work PC as she has not got admnin rights
Any help would be much appreciated.

PS It is a Microsoft Exchange server but they do not have webmail fo
her to access her email that way either.

By default, automatic forwarding/replying to the Internet has been disabled
at Exchange level.
She'd have to ask her admin to enable it (if company policy allows that).

Thats a bit of a pain.

Do you know if a third party redirector would get round this or an
other possible fix?

They don't have pop3 or imap enabled on the exchange server? That would be
better than redirect.

Not as far as I am aware.

I asked one of the IT guys if they had webmail (so that I could access
email in the same way as I do for my work emails on my BB) but he siad
they did'nt.
