I upgraded my entourage from 2004 to 2008. None of the rules I set up in 2004 to organize my incoming mail into client folders seemed to transfer when I upgraded although the rules all seem to be there -- they don't work when mail comes in. I've had to retype all of them. What am i missing?

Known problems with imported rules. Did you reset all rule folder
destination? You might have to delete all and start from scratch. Use screen
shots to help.

This is a known issue with no known workaround.

The upgrade from 2004 to 2008 changed the folder IDs, which Rules use to
identify the correct folders. All you can do is edit each rule and
select the correct folder to fix the problem.

Hope this helps!
