Rules stopped working for some users in Outlook

Hi all,

Strange problem here...

For two users (so far) Outlook 2003 rules have stopped automatically
working. For both users the rules are set up to move email sent to a
certain address to another folder. For both users, the rule works fine
if you run it manually but does not automatically work like it normally
would.

There were no changes made on the Exchange server side and the users
did not change anything either. Deleting and recreating the rule had no
effect.

Anyone have any ideas as to why this would be happening?
