Rules using Body Search

Hello,

I am having a problem with some rules I have which sort
email based on the sender and key words in the text of the
email. These rules used to work fine then one day they
stopped. My IT department has been unable to help so I
thought I'd post here.

This occurs with both Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002 SP2.
We have Exchange 2000. The rules work if I remove the body
search; however, when I add a body search then that rule
does not process nor do any other rules.

So I have two rules one to move a message from PersonA to
MyError when the word Errors: is in the body of the
message. The second rule moves messages from PersonA to
MyMail.

When I have Rule 1 turned on it does not work and neither
does Rule 2 (For any mail regardless if it has Error: in
it or not). If I have move Rule 2 first then Rule 2 will
work but Rule 1 never works.

I have tried to add in exceptions and it just gets worse.
These rules as I said used to work fine then one day poof.
And according to IT nothing changed on the server. This
problem occurs on many workstations who use the Body
search of the rules.

Anyone have an Idea as to what it could be?
