rules using external email addresses

I work for HP and we use an Exchange server to manage our Outlook email
accounts. I have set up a rule in one of my mailboxes, but the rule will not
seem to work for those that have external email addresses (non-hp). The rule
will fwd emails to the hp email addresses I have included in the rule, just
not the non-hp addresses. Is there a workaround?

Exchange doesn't allow forwarding to external emails by default.

Talk to the Exchange Administrator if you need that ability.
