Rules when logged out

I am going to be out of the office for a week. I am setting up a rule that
will forward all my emails to my boss. The computer I sit at will be turned
off and I will not be logged in. Will the emails I receive during this time
forward to her in real time or will it have to wait until I am logged back

Depends on the type of rule and account you are using.

This is not for an auto reply. This is a rule set up through the rules
wizard that for every email that I get that I am either in the to or cc line,
that message is automatically forwarded to another user? Do I have to remain
logged in to keep this going?

Reply or forward is the same thing in this case.
You still didn't specify your mail environment so it is impossible to say if
you need to be logged in or not.
