rules wizard and 'from field'

At the moment we are still working with Outlook 2000.
We work with different mailboxes, let's call them
a,b and my personal mailbox.

When I send an email with in the 'from' field: mailbox A
The sent email will be stored in the sent items of your personal mailbox and
not in the sent items of mailbox A as I would expect.

I tried to search in "rules wizard'. This is the only possibility I found
that works but that is very complicated.
I selected:
-check messages after sending
-sent to ... (and there I can select to distribution list/people to who I
will send the email) ****
-move a copy to specific folder (and here I can select the 'sent items' of
mailbox A)

This is a very long process, because I will have to fill in all the possible
email addresses that I might use when sending an email from mailbox A and
that are about 200 adresses for each mailbox.

My Question:
Is there a possibility to have at ****
'sent from' instead of 'sent to'
In that case all the emails that are send with 'mailbox A' in the 'from
field' will have a copy sent to the 'sent items' of mailbox A

Or maybe you know another way to do this, that is as easy.

I think this works / look at it: Tools/Rules-Alerts/New Rule/Start Blank
Rule/Check Messages After Sending-Next/Chk : Through Specified Account (3rd
option in '03/"on this machine only "is 1st (Chk or unchk as needed) --Step 2
Clk underlined "specified"-Apply this rule after I send thru (drop Dn memu -
select account)/Next: Move a Copy to Specified Folder ( you would have
created "Mary's Sent" folder, etc. / Need a rule for each address - Hope
that's what you mean-

I couldn't find the option: 'Through Specified Account'
This is maybe because I work with Outlook 2000.

The options I have at that moment are:
-sent to people or distribution list
-with specific words in recipient's address
-with specific words in subject
-with specific words in body
-with specific words in subject or body
-marked as importance
-marked as sensitivity
-assigned to category
-which has an attachment
-with selected properties
-with size in a specific range
-uses the form name
So there's no option called: 'Through Specified Account'

Sorry if that's the case / I should have known you just didn't miss seeing it
- "Through Specified Acct" is your solution & in 2000 I don't know if / how
to "trick" it - Maybe a pro will come along and take pity on us. Good luck
