I send out emails to my vendors. Sometimes they reply with their email and
sometime they reply by there fax.
1. When it comes from the email, I have no problem putting it into a sub
folder for that vendor.
2. When it comes from there fax machine, it will come to my inbox mail
folder. NOTE:::I use a service that all inbound faxes are converted to email
with PDF attachments.
What I have done is create a rule for every vendor using there @email.com
setup. What i need to add is an OR from FAX 949-951-1515 to the rule.
The only other option I see is to make more rules to take care of the faxes.
Unless, there is a way to use the address book and compare email and faxes
to move to folder option.
I am using Version 2002 of Outlook SP3
