I use 5 e-mail accounts. I want to sort each one into a separate folder, each
of which is a sub-folder of Inbox.
The rules are set up so that when a new email arrives "through the 'Jobs'
account", "move to the 'Jobs' folder". For Jobs, change to Pete, Pj, Peds or
Divemaster.
But for some reason, when you close the Rules Wizard, it will alter the rules.
The "through the ____ account" will change to Jobs, on all the rules except
for one. This means that 3 of the accounts go to the Inbox, one goes where it
should, and the Jobs e-mails are duplicated over 4 sub-folders.
I have upgraded to the latest versions. I am running Outlook 2002 SP3.
Any ideas?
