Thinking about this a bit.....
You could use rules and the Run Rules Now function to be more specific than
the AutoArchive can be. eg:
from fred bloggs, received between x and y date, permanently delete it. run
rule now.
But you could just sort by Received, then Group by From and do it yourself
very quickly as well!

Rules act on incoming messages only and sent messages. They do not have

"aging" option. Use auto-archive for this. F1 Help will tell you how.
