rules wizard error

i'm setting up a rule and everytime i try to run the rule
i get the following error:

one or more rules could not be uploaded to exchange
server and have been deactivated. This could be because
some of the parameters are not supported or there is
insufficient space to store all your rules.

i get this error for every rule that i try to create.

any idea?

Sounds like you're running up against the 32KB limit for rules. Once you hit
the maximum number of rules, you can't create any more unless you disable
come of the current rules.

finding out the hard way (seeing the error message, that
