OK,
I am sure I am not the only person who sends an email in
anticipation of a REPLY. In the past when ever I wanted
to "follow-up" to see if I recieved a reply from a
specific email I would assign a CATEGORY "WOA" for Waiting
on Answers, then have the rules wizard copy this SENT
email into a folder of the same name. I can then delete it
(or send the nasty 2nd request). But I with all the emails
I send this takes many steps to open up options page down
to the WOA category, etc.. You would think that there
would be an easier way???
I was hoping to either have a button on the task bar when
clicked assign the category "WOA" to the outgoing
message.. NO LUCK.....
As an alternative, I can click the "Flag for Follow-up"
button, but as ONLY Microsoft can program there is no way
that I have found to move or copy a flagged message once
sent to a folder using the rules wizard...
Any suggestions, comments would be GREATLY Appreciated.
