Rules Wizard in Outlook 2003

Hi

I am trying to create a rule in Outlook 2003 the move emails from the inbox
to a new folder based on the time it has been in the Inbox. I am looking for
the time span to be 1 hour. So in effect any mail that comes into the Inbox
will be moved to the new folder after 1 Hour.

I can not find the option in the Rules Wizard, I can see an option to do
this by date but not time.

Can anyone help ??

Rules can't do that.
