Rules Wizard - Out of office reply

The rules that i set up for an out of office reply will
not work. My user has Outlook 2000 running on W98. We
created a rule that when she receives messages it is
suppose to auto reply with her out of office message. It
worked once when we tested it but no longer works. Please
advise if possible today 8/22.

What are we doing wrong?

Are you using Exchange? If yes, is Exchange set to allow replies and
forwards to the Internet? These settings are turned off by default.
