Rules Wizard problem

We have a user who had a rule setup to forward all of his
emails to an internet address. We have deleted that rule
because that other address no longer exists, but it still
keeps forwarding everything, so in return the user keeps
receiving NDR's. Any idea what might be causing this.
He's running Outlook 2000.
