Rules wizard putting my "new" mail into my delete file

Somehow I messed up w/Rules Wizard and all my incoming mail is going into my
Delete file. I've tried numerous times w/Rules Wizard to correct by trying to
modify, delete, etc. this rule and I'm doing something wrong, as it continues.
Can someone guide me step-by-step to what actions need to be taken?
