rules wizard.. reply feature, not replying to outside emails coming in.. outlook 2007.. help?

Ok.. so i've retried this reply feature built into the rules (rather
than using the out of office wizard)..

I use the rules wizard.. say if any emails are sent to "me" to reply
with this message.. when you click the message hyperlink, it brings
up
a blank email .. which is fine.. so i put something in for the body
and i put something for the subject..


Now i send a test email from the outside in.. no autoreply gets
sent..


However.. if i send an internal test message a reply occurs..


The other question i have is regarding the subject part.. when it
replies it doesnt put "re: subject "your text here"" it simply puts
"your text here" and replaces their original subject.. is there a way
around this one?

The answer.. was to turn this on in Exchange 2007.. mail settings..
allow auto replies..

I think you are correct; there is no way to do that.
