RULES WIZARD: Turning off Default "THIS MACHINE ONLY"

Whenever I create a RULE I have to go in manually and uncheck ON THIS MACHINE
ONLY or the rule will not run.

I'm on an independent Laptop running OUTLOOK 2003 locally via a standard
POP3 account.

This is a royal PAIN.

Because, unless I manually UNCHECK this option, the rule won't work!

I have had this problem for several years, across a couple of
re-installations, but have only recently thought to bring it to the Forum.

Any ideas?

I have the same issue. I not unchecked then the rule will not work. It runs
but does nothing. When unchecking the "THIS MACHINE ONLY", then it works.

This is a consistant issue on any machine for any user.

Because, unless I manually UNCHECK this option, the rule won't work!
