Hi All,

Scenario:
we have exchange 2000 as our mail servers.our organization
has two branches.
users at branch one have smtp address with @company.com.
users at branch two have smtp address with @company.co.in.

Now there will be merger, and all users' mailboxes will be
migrated to one smtp domain. (@company.com).Forwarding of
messages from (e-mail address removed) to (e-mail address removed) is
configured.

Now we want internet users or intranet users who are
addressing mails to @company.co.in to be automatically
replied with a custom message, asking user to mail to
@company.com next time onwards.

We have tried with outlook rules.

rule description:check mails once they have arrived, with
specific words in recipients adress @COMPANY.CO.IN, reply
using specific template.

template is only a text message, asking users to send to
(e-mail address removed).

Problem: The Rule runs only once, for a specific user
sending to @company.co.in. Sometimes does not auto reply
at all.(OUTLOOK 2002)

Is there any way to set auto reply from exchange server.

Thank you in advance.

Please help.
