We have set up a mail account that receives script-generated messages. Three
people have added this account as an additional mail account to their Outlook
2003 mailbox.
We want to run a rule on the additional mail account that moves the messages
as they arrive into folders located in the additional mail account. Our
problem is we can't get the rule to process automatically so my first
questions is, will a client-side rule run on an additional mailbox. If not,
we successfully ran the rule manually the first day but the next day it
wouldn't run. Any ideas what would stop a rule from running manually?
