I am trying to set up a rule to forward all mail recived by an exchange
mailbox to a internet mail account, i have set up a redirect rule but it
doesnt seem to be working, i get an error message "This action is not
available in the current mode".

the rule was set up on Outlook 2000.

thanks in advance for any help

Aloha Jonathan,

It's actually better to do that in Exchange with Alternate Recipients. Create
a mail enabled contact for that Internet address on your Exchange server,
then go to the mailbox you want you forward and configure it to use that
mail-enabled contact as an alternate recipient.
