Rummler Process Alignment Template

Hi,

There was a Rummler template offered in the Visio 5 Bonus Pack some time
back. Does anyone know how/where can I get access to this template now?

I believe the update in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/254526 contains
this but you'll need Visio 5 already installed in order to install the
update.
