Hello,
I cannot get access 97 to run from the task scheduler under a user that is not currently logged on. It works fine when I change the user in the task scheduler properties to the one that is currently logged in. I'm just wanting to run a mdb file with an AutoExec macro that runs some code to transfer table data to a text file. I don't think there is a permissions issue anywhere.
I have tried the same thing on a XP Prof machine (with Access 97) and it works fine. The problem is only on win2k server. I suspect there is some environment variables needed that are not being set in win2k if the user is not logged in, but I'm not sure.
Anybody got any ideas? I have seen many posts in many groups that ask for solutions to this problems but I haven't found any answers.
Any answers, hints are very appreciated.
