run macro from template and not the document

I have 2 different templates with userforms in. The form will be load in
an autonew macro and the user fill in the textbox and then click OK.
Sometimes they need to view the form again and view the value and change
something in it, and thats my problem. In the first document, it works fine
but in the secondary the form is empty.
I have check every setting and they are the same in both document, but in
the first doc, if I from the document based on the template check which
macros whos available, only macro from the template will appear, and in the
secondary template macros from both the doc based on the template and the
macros from the template is available. How can I programming it to run the
macro from the template and not the document.
I hope someone can help me

G'day "camilla" <[email protected]>,

you usually need to load forms at startup with an OnTime command to
delay the load by a second.
