Run Macro

I am using built in macros to transfer queries from Access
to Excel spreadsheets. "TransferSpreadsheet". Is there
another built in macro that I can run to run the first
macro at a specified time.

If not, is there some code that will do this for me.

I would like to run my transfer macros once a day at a
specified time.
